日本のカップラーメンがこんなにおいしいって、すっかり忘れてた。
私がいつも食べるカップラーメンなんて、50セントで買えるラーメンで、調理方法は「水を入れてレンジで4分」とかいうふざけたものだもんね。麺がどうのとか言えるレベルの食材じゃないもんね。大体電子レンジっていうのおかしいよね。
昔からカップラーメンこんなにおいしかったっけ?もう麺のこしなんて、インスタントとは思えないんだけど。あ~、もっと買ってくれば良かった~。
(カップラーメンは軽いのはいいけどかさばるんだよね)

I have forgotten how good Japanese instant noodles were. I had been eating those 10 cents maruchan ramen too long.
I had a genuine Japanese instant noodle for lunch. Not the kind that you pour water and microwave. The bowl is not even microwavable. You are supposed to pour hot water and wait, patiently, this particular one, for 5 minutes.
The noodle's texture was such that it was hard to believe it was instant noodle. Even the dried green onion bits turned into almost fresh green onion.
This is what it's supposed to be, instant noodle. Never soggy, never microwaved. If you put some boiled eggs in it, it's as good as what you can find in a pseudo Japanese restaurant.
