Our beef has arrived

今年は大奮発して草で育てられた牛肉を沢山買いました。記念に並べてみた。
和牛とLimousinという種類の牛を配合した牛のお肉です。
一体全部で何十キロなんでしょう。
冷凍庫に入りきるかちょっと心配だったけど、なんとか詰め込みました。
ひき肉はハンバーガーになるとして、巨大な塊のお肉をどうするか悩むわ。

Purchased 1/8 of a beef.
It is hybrid of wagyu and Limousin beef and grass-fed.
There are 23? packages of 1-pound ground beef. I guess we are going to have a lot of hamburgers. That's like eating hamburgers every other week. I had made taco meat out of different grass-fed beef before, but I felt it's such a waste to put so much spice in such good meat. I'm not a big hamburger fan but it is definitely a good way to showcase good ground beef, I think.
