ちなみに夕ご飯は春巻きでした。
春巻きの中身は残り物のグリルした海老に焼きそばと牛そぼろを混ぜてみました。
一般的な春巻きの具をかなり超越しています(笑)
Since bunch of bananas were getting ripen on the kitchen counter, I baked banana nut bread.
Also made eggrolls for dinner. The contents of the eggrolls were: left-over grilled shrimp, yakisoba, ground beef. I know, I have gotten too far away from traditional eggrolls these days.
