Soft Sole Baby Shoes

最近ハイハイが出来るようになったらしい甥に、布製の靴を作りました。

どっちかと言うと、「甥のためにプレゼント！」というよりは、最近こういう布製の靴を履いてる赤ちゃんが沢山いるんだけど、お母さん（私の義母）に縫ってもらおうかと思ってるんだけど、どう思う？と、作り方のビデオ付のメールが届いて、結局私が試験台ということになっているよう。

赤ちゃん製品は非常に小さいので、必要な布も小さいし、とても簡単なので文句は言いません。
作るの楽しいしねぇ。

なんかイマイチだったので作り直し検討中。
身近に赤ちゃんがいないので、サイズとかの感覚がつかめません。

My sister-in-law suggested that she might want to try soft sole fabric shoes for her baby, so I made a pair, using this tutorial that she sent me.

The main fabric is flannel and I used vinyl for the sole.
I love making baby things because they are so tiny and use scraps of fabric. These shoes are no exception.

It was very easy to make but the shoes were kind of "meh" to me so I think I will explore the world of baby shoe patterns a bit more.
